doloro 4a4e518e05 refactor(nixvim): drop redundant plugins, keep snacks 
- drop lsp-format (conform lsp_format=fallback already formats via LSP)
- drop notify (snacks.notifier is the toast system)
- drop mini-cursorword (snacks.words covers word highlighting)
- drop telescope+file-browser (snacks.picker replaces it; keymaps swapped)
- drop vim-dadbod-completion (no vim-dadbod installed, source never fires)
- drop auto-session dead block (disabled with settings)
- drop <leader>fs persisted keymap (extension disabled, errored on press)
- rustaceanvim: drop files.watcher=server (RA notify 'No path was found' errors)
- nixd: drop options exprs (flake configs stack-overflow on eval, broken)

doloro 9a77bf305e fix(nixvim): eliminate per-keystroke LSP completion latency 
- drop lsp-lines (redundant with tiny-inline-diagnostic; double diagnostic virtual-text redraw per keystroke)
- drop nvim_lsp_signature_help cmp source (extra server request per keystroke; <C-k> keymap covers it)
- remove cmp-nvim-lsp-signature-help plugin (now unused)
- disable LSP client file logging (nixd/svelte stderr spam was writing 5MB+ logs on the main loop)
- disable rust-analyzer semantic tokens (ContentModified retry loop while typing)
